Frank’s Pants was inspired by my grandad, John (not Frank). After he had prostate cancer, a few little leaks changed his life. He started missing out on things he loved because of the anxiety and stigma around leaks.

After researching bladder leaks, I found how common they are for guys of all ages and backgrounds. From post pee dribbles to more regular leaks, I knew men deserved a better, simpler solution. So we built Frank's Pants: smarter underwear that look great but have built in discreet absorbent technology that keeps men dry, confident, and in control - so a few leaks never stop you from living.
