I've tried them on and will keep them but the sizing doesn't seem to be that correct for the UK.

I ordered 3XL and they are very tight on me, I wouldn't say I'm a large bloke, normal size XL Underwear but I purchased 3XL to give me plenty of room, especially if I needed to wear a pad for 'extra protection' for peace of mind.

The quality is excellent, the poppers are quite stiff and there's quite a few poppers, me having bad hand dexterity unfortunately that isn't great for me, but they come with a few extra infills which again are excellent quality.

Unfortunately, I won't be buying anymore because the sizing of the 3XL is way too tight for me.

Bought one pair with the detachable inserts as not sure of the holding capacity (I’m a taxi driver) so send long hours at the wheel not easy to get to a toilet on time sometimes

The pants are super comfortable and, for me, a great fit. They feel like ordinary pants when you put them on.
On the down side the pads are quite cumbersome to put in - something like 15 press studs - especially when I had to change the pad half way through a round of golf.
For drips and dribbles I think they are great; for anything more the jury is still out.

Since having my Prostatectomy it been a right struggle to find something to wear to give me the confidence to go out anywhere without worrying that I might leak or have to go somewhere to change my pads.

I’m so glad I came across these short/pants.
I absolutely love them. I’ve got a couple of pairs of every version, Active, Everyday and Ultra. They’re a million times better than stuffing pads and liners into your existing pants. They are so convenient and very comfortable. And given me my confidence back.

Lamentably, not for me. Although the pants are stylish and fit well, these are not effective in my case. The insert seems to assume the your appendage will remain still inside the pant insert and not drift to the side. Consequently, leakage occurred to the side of the pants making the fabric at the side wet. The design seems a good idea but the insert is too small to adequately cover the nether area. Communication and delivery was very good. I just wish the insert design covered a wider area. I really hoped this product would remove the need for disposable pants but this is not the case.

These pants are brilliant! Comfortable to wear with good leakage cover - especially at the sides where pads don't reach. After a series of cystoscopies I find that bladder control isn't what it used to be and Frank's Pants have enabled me to go out with more confidence and not restrict how much I drink. The detachable pads work reallyu well.

The pants are far better than pads . Fitting the pads to the pants is very easy I managed to ware one paid a day and change it next morning up to now I had no leaking down the legs. All in all I am very pleased with the Franks pants and I would recommend them to any man.

Very comfortable and they look like my normal boxers. I have tried several of the other products on the market and they made me feel self-conscious but FPs are just like normal menswear.

Excellent pants, they do the job and are so comfortable. With these pants you get 3 detachable pads that fix with poppers, plenty of them so no worries of the pad moving. The material is so soft and the pants are such good quality.

100% recommend - Such a great product. These fit and look like standard boxers, but give you such confidence should you need it. As a younger wearer (prostatectomy @ 48) I wanted a pair to make me feel good, and these do that. Easy to swap the pads quickly. I will continue with these until fully 're-trained', as a quick pad swap and I will feel fresh again. Pads to take a while to air dry, so worth having a few pairs to rotate.

Ideal for what I need. Being disabled and often in a wheelchair it can take twice as long to get to the toilet and get settled in. Saved the embarrassment of sitting with wet jeans.

Got these for my partner and honestly they’ve been great for both of us. He says they’re really comfortable and feel like normal underwear, which was important.
