Frank's Word: your first pair is risk free

Wear and wash your first pair for up to 60 days from delivery. If it doesn't keep you dry and comfortable, email sales@frankspants.com with your order number and a line on what wasn't right. We'll refund that pair or swap it for another size or style, and you don't need to send it back. This covers one pair per customer and household, from your first order at frankspants.com. Bought a bundle? Open and test one pair first. The rest can come back unopened under the rules below. Read the full Frank's Word terms.

Unworn items

You can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of your order. They need to be unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't take worn pants back, apart from your Frank's Word pair, so please try them on over your own underwear. Return postage is on you, and we recommend a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, email sales@frankspants.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it, whichever suits you, and cover the return postage.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Delivery costs are refunded up to the cheapest Royal Mail option.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
