Refund policy
To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Please ensure that Frank’s Pants underwear is tried on over your own underwear. Our products are intimate garments and, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been worn.

All absorbency levels have been tested and confirmed by SATRA Technology, but results are provided as guidelines only.
We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of your order.
Washable products must be changed once worn and become wet. These products are not suitable for full incontinence. Please refer to our product guidelines for details on how much fluid each style is capable of holding.
Frank’s Pants does not cover the cost of return postage, and we highly recommend using a tracked postal service.
All products are checked before dispatch, but if the product you receive is faulty, please email us at sales@frankspants.com, attaching a photo of the item and quoting your order number. If the product is deemed faulty, we will refund you and cover the return postage costs.
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be limited to the least expensive delivery method available through Royal Mail.
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
