Trying leakproof underwear for the first time takes a small leap of faith. So instead of small print, you get our word: a 60 day risk free guarantee on your first pair. The risk sits with us, not you.
Buy your first pair. Wear it, wash it, live in it for 60 days. If it does not keep you dry and comfortable, we will refund that pair in full or swap it for a different size or style. You do not need to send the tested pair back.
Why this exists
You cannot know until you have worn them. Fabric charts and reviews only get you so far; the real proof happens across proper days, proper washes and real life. We know what these do. Take 60 days to find out for yourself.
How it works
1. Buy your first pair. The guarantee covers one pair per customer, on your first order.
2. Take your 60 days. Counted from delivery. Long enough to know, through different days, washes and plans.
3. Not convinced? Email us. Send your order number to sales@frankspants.com with a line or two about what was not right. We will confirm your refund or send your replacement within 2 working days. No forms, no interrogation, no returns label for the pair you have worn.
The terms, in plain English
We keep the guarantee generous because most people are honest. These limits exist for the few who are not.
- The guarantee covers one pair per customer, from your first order with us, claimed within 60 days of delivery.
- It covers both jobs the product has: keeping you dry and keeping you comfortable. If either lets you down, that is a valid claim.
- It applies to purchases made at frankspants.com. Proof of purchase is required, which is simply your order number or the email address you ordered with.
- You can choose a full refund of the price paid for that pair, or a free exchange for another size or style. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- If you bought a multipack or bundle, open and test one pair first. The guarantee covers that pair at the price you actually paid for it after any bundle discount. Unopened pairs can be returned or exchanged as normal under our returns policy.
- One claim per customer and per household. We reserve the right to refuse claims that show signs of abuse, such as repeat claims across multiple accounts, addresses or orders.
- Items damaged by misuse, incorrect washing (for example tumble drying on high heat) or alterations are not covered by the guarantee, though genuine faults always are.
Faulty or damaged items
Separate from the guarantee: if anything arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it, whatever suits you. This applies to every order, not just your first.
Your legal rights
This guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights as a UK consumer, and nothing in it reduces those rights.
