Trying leakproof underwear for the first time takes a small leap of faith. So instead of small print, you get our word. Buy your first pair, wear it, wash it, live in it. If it does not keep you dry and comfortable, we refund it in full, and there is no need to send the worn pair back.
Why we do this
We know exactly what Frank's do. Every pair is designed, tested and worn hard long before it reaches you, and we are genuinely confident in the lot. But comfort and protection are personal, and the only real way to know is to live in them across proper days, proper washes and real life. So we take the risk out of finding out for yourself.
In practice, hardly anyone ever uses it. Our reviews sit at 4.9 stars, and the far more common story is a man coming straight back for two or three more pairs once the first one has proved itself, rather than sending one back. The guarantee is here for peace of mind. It just rarely needs to do anything.

Counted from the day it arrives. Long enough to know, through different days, different plans and a few trips through the wash.

Send your order number to sales@frankspants.com with a line about what was not right. We will refund you, with no worn pair to post back and no form to fill in.
The simple terms

- Up to 60 days from the day it is delivered
- No need to return the worn pair
- Sizing swaps are separate and easy: if the fit is not right, just ask, as long as the pair has not been worn against the skin
